Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Send Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

For all orders, 17.5% VAT is added.
Shipping And Handling Please note that we are ONLY able to deliver throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man and The Scottish Islands), Northern Ireland, and British Forces Post Office addresses.

The services we offer

1) Standard UK delivery, usually by Royal Mail.

Please note:

Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch.
All delivery timescales are subject to availability.
Your order may be delivered in separate parcels.

We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

We are hoping to offer a wider delivery service in the near future, but we don't have an exact date at the moment.

If you do live outside the UK, you can still place an order for delivery within the UK. Just enter the UK address in the correct page at the checkout.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 4 business days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK and comply with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000" Regulations. Provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery*. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact Loggahead Ltd within 28 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund and we will arrange collection at our own expense. Dentalshop (Loggahead Ltd) reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
