Delivery Information

Please note that we are ONLY able to guarrentee* delivery throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man and The Scottish Islands), Northern Ireland, and British Forces Post Office addresses.

The services we offer

1) UK:
- Royal Mail Standard Delivery
- Yodel (Formerly DHL) Home Delivery, Tracked

2) Europe:
- Royal Mail International Signed For*, Tracked within UK<2kg

3) Rest of the World
- By quotation only, please email us for more information, websales@dentalshop.co.uk

*Dentalshop now requires all non-domestic orders under 2kg to be sent ISF. This ensures parcels are delivered safely.

Customer orders delivered to outside the UK can not hold Dentalshop responsible for any loss or damage to goods encounted during transit. RoW customers will be notified of any difficulties that may arise from the delivery location.
Orders over 2kg might require a special courier, in which case an additional payment arrangement may be necessary.

Free delivery offers apply to the UK only, an extra delivery charge may be neccessary on international orders. If this is the case, customers will be contacted.

Please note:
-Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch (subject to availability).
-All delivery timescales are subject to availability.
-Your order may be delivered in separate parcels.
-We can only offer free delivery on multi-buys to domestic customers.
-International customers can still benefit from ordering discounted multi-buys but an additional shipping charge may be required to ensure the goods are dispatched safely.

We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you do live outside the UK, you can still place an order for delivery within the UK. Just enter the UK address in the correct page at the checkout.

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 4 business days. In the event of a delay you will be notified with updates of your order status.
