Colgate Duraphat rinse contains 0.2% NaF, corresponding to 900/ppm F.

How do I use Colgate Duraphat Rinse?
Colgate Duraphat rinse is for use once a week. Rinse thoroughly for one minute using 5-10ml (equivalent of one to two teaspoonsful), then spit out. Avoid eating, drinking and rinsing out your mouth for 15 minutes afterwards.

Can Duraphat Rinse be used every day?
Colgate Duraphat rinse contains a higher level of fluoride than most widely available fluoride rinses. The recommended usage is once a week.

Who is Duraphat Rinse suitable for?
Anyone who is at high risk of caries would benefit from Colgate Duraphat rinse as part of their at-home oral hygiene regime. These include anyone with a history of a high level of caries, people with orthodontic appliances, handicapped or mentally compromised people, those suffering from Xerostomia and adults with exposed root surfaces.
